Yesterday I was watching a Swedish music documentary. In one scene, the artist Errol, also known as Eddie Meduza, says:

If you think too much, you go crazy. Take life as it comes.

True words, and all too easy to forget. We put so much emphasis on thinking in modern society that the gut feeling, the inner vibe, often gets pushed aside. We think like crazy, even in moments when thinking brings nothing but confusion and fatigue.

Thinking has an important role, of course. It helps us plan, prepare, and make calculated decisions. But quite often, the best thing we can do is exactly that, take life as it comes.
