It’s funny, and good to remember, how something that feels like a disaster in the moment gradually fades away.
The next day it might feel just as bad, or sometimes even worse. Pondering and poor sleep tend to fuel those catastrophic thoughts.
But then that chaotic feeling slowly begins to fade…
Maybe it wasn’t the end of the world after all. Maybe there were lessons to be learned. Maybe that dark “end of the world” feeling eventually turned into a brighter, clearer view of it.
We live and we learn.
