A professional answer

During one of the house inspections today, the homeowner asked some quite difficult questions.

I remember how unsure and nervous situations like that made me feel when I was new at the job. Trying to come up with good answer, doing my best to sound like a pro.

Nowadays, with seven years of experience, it’s easier. I don’t have to try anymore. I can answer with confidence and professionalism.

That’s what I did today. I said, “I don’t know”.
