I once heard someone describe an artist as “someone who never takes a break from being an artist”.

I think that’s an excellent description. As everyday bloggers, we may not call ourselves artists, but we can certainly call ourselves creators.

Our reasons for blogging varies, but the common thread is that we are constantly creating in one way or another. Our posts grow out of impressions, experiences, and lessons learned. We “blog” even when we are not sitting in front of a screen.

We notice something, connect it to our own lives, and make a mental note. Then, when the moment comes, we sit down and shape something unique out of our own history.

The act of writing turns into a post right then and there, but the content stretches far beyond the time it takes to type it out. It holds pieces of our lives.

We never really take a break from blogging.

We are bloggers 24/7.
