Junited got us sharing each other's posts. JulyReply got us replying to them. Now in August it's time for something a little different, so say hello to AuguStory.
The idea is simple. Write the story of your blog.
How you got into it, where it's taken you, why you're still at it. No template, no fixed questions. Just your story, told however you want to tell it.
Not sure where to start? Here are a few things you could touch on. Pick and choose, or ignore them entirely:
- How did you first start blogging (what got you into it)
- What platforms or sites you've been on over the years
- Has your blog changed focus or purpose over time
- A post from your early days you'd point people to
- What's kept you blogging this long (or what brought you back)
How to join
Write your blogging story, publish it on your own blog, then reach out to me with a link and the name you'd like me to use, so I can add you to the AuguStory page.
No deadline pressure, no rules beyond that. Join whenever in August works for you.
